RN – Medical ICU (MICU) – Night Shift

About the role

Join the Medical ICU team at Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital, providing high‑acuity care during night hours. You will work directly with patients, families, and multidisciplinary staff to deliver exceptional critical care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, implement and update patient care plans, and monitor patient conditions.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and carry out physician and nursing orders, including emergent intubations and central line placements.
• Educate patients and families, coordinate discharge planning, and document all care activities accurately.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN) with current RN licensure in Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of hire.
• At least one year of acute care RN experience or equivalent military RN experience.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
