RN – Imaging

About the role

Join Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus as an RN on the Imaging team, providing nursing care to hospitalized patients undergoing diagnostic or therapeutic services. Work days from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm alongside physicians, nurses and staff in a cutting‑edge environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic or therapeutic imaging services.
• Assess patients, document findings, and notify physicians of abnormal results.
• Perform telephone triage, call rotations, nursing procedures, and administer treatments and medications.
• Establish care plans with patients, families and the health‑care team.
• Coordinate ongoing care, identify discharge needs and facilitate discharge planning.
• Maintain core nursing competencies, including CPR and skills labs.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• One year of recent RN experience.
• If working in the Emergency Department, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification upon hire or within one year.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (for ED).
• Certification in Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters (PICC), Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI) or Vascular Access Board Certified (VA‑BC) preferred.
