About the role

The Administrative Program Coordinator II supports graduate medical education programs at Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus, providing administrative, technical, and operational assistance for Internal Medicine and Women’s & Children’s departments.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison between departments and assist the Director with projects and daily operations.
  • Coordinate policy evaluation, implementation, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage expense reporting for OBGYN and Oracle expenses for residents and fellows.
  • Lead orientation, records management, and ensure standards are maintained.
  • Facilitate meetings, record outcomes, and communicate project status.

Required profile

  • Associate’s Degree with three years of administrative/project management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong computer proficiency and experience with software applications.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s in Business or Healthcare Administration and prior GME experience.

  • Oracle expense management
  • Microsoft Office suite
