About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for its Winston‑Salem, NC office, providing top‑tier home health care to adult clients in the surrounding area.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and motivate staff to deliver exceptional care.
- Visit adult clients, conduct assessments, develop care plans and oversee execution.
- Supervise Home Health Aides and CNA staff in the field.
- Facilitate new‑hire orientation and participate in training and in‑services for field staff.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of RN experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
