About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for its Winston‑Salem office, providing top‑quality home health care to adult clients in the region.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and motivate nursing staff to deliver exceptional care.
- Visit adult clients, conduct assessments, develop care plans and oversee execution.
- Supervise field nursing staff and facilitate new‑hire orientation.
- Participate in training new nurses and provide in‑service education for field staff.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of RN experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with tracheostomy/ventilator patients preferred.
- Pediatric experience required.
