About the role
Join BAYADA’s team of dedicated registered nurses providing 1:1 home care to adult clients throughout the Piedmont Triad area. Enjoy a peaceful pace, strong clinical resources, and the ability to set your own schedule while delivering compassionate care in patients’ homes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing assessments, treatments, and education to adult clients in their homes.
- Document care accurately using Statewise electronic charting and communicate with the clinical support team 24/7.
- Coordinate with families and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
Required profile
- Active RN license in North Carolina.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
What we offer
- $30–34 per hour with weekend and overnight differentials.
- Commitment bonuses ranging from $5,000 to $10,000.
- Flexible full‑time, part‑time, or PRN schedules with no mandatory weekends.
