RN Clinical Educator – Pediatric & Adult Home Care

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Registered Nurse Clinical Educator to support adult and pediatric skilled nursing offices in Winston Salem and Greensboro, NC. The role focuses on hands‑on leadership of clinical simulation scenarios in the skills lab to enhance caregiver readiness and patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and evaluate clinical simulation scenarios in the lab environment.
• Develop performance improvement plans, orientation programs, and utilization review reporting for field staff.
• Conduct clinical chart reviews and provide feedback to improve clinical judgment.

Required profile

• Current RN license in good standing; BSN/MSN preferred.
• Minimum two years of staff development or nursing education experience.
• Experience working with pediatric patients, tracheostomies, and ventilators.

Required skills

• Clinical simulation design and facilitation.
• Performance improvement planning.
• Clinical chart review and utilization reporting.
