About the role
Join Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, working evenings on a fast‑paced, ever‑changing schedule that supports multiple units and patient populations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care and serve as primary liaison.
- Execute physician and nursing orders accurately.
- Assess and arrange patients’ discharge needs.
- Maintain professional growth through ongoing education and clinical study.
Required profile
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
- Current state RN licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least one year of acute‑care RN experience or licensed military RN experience.
Required skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Registered Nurse licensure.
