RN Critical Care – OLGMC ICU – Full Time

About the role

This full‑time RN Critical Care position in the OLGMC ICU supports exceptional patient care within a collaborative, inclusive team. The RN leads the nursing process, delegates tasks, and ensures high‑quality outcomes while respecting cultural diversity.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver comprehensive patient care and assess learning needs of patients and families.
• Delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members, acting as a leader on the interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate data to promote change and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards and uphold the organization’s ethical standards.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Ability to perform essential duties with reasonable accommodations as needed.
