RN – Cardiac Cath Lab

About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Cath Lab at Martin Health North in Stuart. This full‑time position supports invasive cardiac procedures such as angioplasties and stent placements in a fast‑paced, critical‑care environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Develop, monitor, and update patient care plans, documenting conditions and interventions.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and physician orders while ensuring patient safety.
• Coordinate discharge planning and educate patients and families about post‑procedure care.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• Current state RN licensure.
• At least one year of acute care RN experience (critical care, ICU, or related).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification upon hire or within one year.

Required skills

• Critical care nursing experience.
• Familiarity with cardiac cath lab procedures.
