About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System seeks a Registered Nurse to lead the ambulatory cardiology team at Florida Weston Hospital. You will coordinate patient outreach, pre‑ and post‑procedure calls, and support a high‑quality, patient‑centered care environment.

Key responsibilities

Perform RN ambulatory duties and provide clinical oversight to caregivers.
Coordinate and resolve daily operational issues in the cardiology unit.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient‑safety initiatives.
Facilitate orientation, teaching, coaching, and mentoring of assigned staff.
Participate in quality improvement, research activities, and patient education.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current state RN licensure.
Minimum two years recent RN experience.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred: BSN degree, prior charge‑nurse or supervisory experience, cardiology or general surgery background.
