About the role

The Registered Nurse will provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory neurology setting at Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital, supporting patients from arrival through discharge.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform nursing assessments, telephone triage, and develop care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and assist with specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Initiate CPR and emergency measures, notifying physicians of abnormal findings.
  • Travel within the region to support physician clinics and surgical procedures as needed.

Required profile

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
  • Current state RN licensure and Basic Life Support certification.
  • One year recent RN experience or equivalent clinical experience.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within six months of hire for moderate sedation or cardiac stress testing areas.

Required skills

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Medication administration.
  • Telephone triage and patient assessment.
