RN Ambulatory – Infusion

About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory infusion setting at Hillcrest Hospital. This full‑time, day‑shift position supports patients undergoing cancer‑related treatments and diagnostic procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, telephone triage, and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and infusion therapies, including chemotherapy, while monitoring patient response.
• Initiate CPR and other emergency measures as needed, and promptly notify physicians or Licensed Independent Providers of abnormal findings.
• Assist with specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and operate related equipment.
• Provide health education to patients and families, and document all care activities accurately.
• Travel within the region to support physician clinics and surgical procedures when required.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN) with current RN licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• One year of recent clinical experience as an RN or equivalent ambulatory setting experience.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a cancer‑specific certification or ongoing qualifying education.

Required skills
