RF Systems Operator (Shift Work)

About the role

CACI is hiring an RF Systems Operator for a shift-based intelligence position. It is a crew/shift role working 12-hour shifts with rotating days, nights, weekends and holidays, in a high-speed resource management setting that coordinates and optimizes resources across multiple missions. The position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and execute mission plans, schedules, assessments and related activities for operating, tasking and tuning mission assets.
• Develop detailed plans and procedures covering strategic planning, system collection, mission execution and performance analysis and optimization.
• Solve complex mission management problems and work in a high-stress, near-real-time environment.
• Work with multiple customers, on and off site, and with local senior management and remote personnel.

Required profile

• Active TS/SCI clearance with adjudication in the last 4 years, and polygraph clearance with adjudication in the last 4 years.
• DoD/DoW experience and training as CTT/CTR, 1N2/1N3/1N4/1C6, 35N/35S or equivalent.
• Previous certification in mission management, satellite operations or SIGINT experience.
• Successful completion of the site's psychological evaluation, medical exam, drug screening, visa and site approval.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, follow established procedures and innovate in mission situations.

Required skills

• Ability to use multiple computer software applications at once.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a high-stress, near-real-time environment.
