Revenue Support & Continuous Improvement Analyst

About the role

BASF's Care Chemicals division, a supplier to the cosmetics, detergents and cleaning industries, is hiring a Revenue Support & Continuous Improvement Analyst in Florham Park, NJ (hybrid). The role covers accounts receivable payment differences, tax matters, master data maintenance and continuous improvement work with the Customer Experience team.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer payment discrepancies, run root cause analyses and implement controls to prevent repeat issues
• Partner with customers, Customer Experience Specialists, Credit and other teams to support payment accuracy
• Support tax exemption compliance, identify gaps and coordinate corrective actions
• Maintain and audit customer master data in SAP, review data quality and coordinate updates
• Manage tax-exempt certificates, distributor CUPS and rebate processes, consignment reconciliations and related reporting
• Submit master data and process change requests, and implement Customer Experience KPI reporting
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation and digital solutions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Finance
• 3-5 years of experience in revenue support or continuous improvement analysis
• Experience investigating customer payment discrepancies, deductions, claims or financial reconciliation issues
• Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset, strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
• Preferred: SAP and Power BI, and experience supporting process improvement, automation or digital transformation
