Revenue Operations Manager

About the role

Rillet is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to own and scale the systems, processes, and data that power its go‑to‑market engine. You will work cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and leadership to ensure efficient revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own GTM forecasting, reporting and operational planning, partnering with Sales and Finance to improve forecast accuracy.
• Design, implement and govern the revenue technology stack, serving as primary owner of Salesforce and related tools.
• Build scalable programs for commissions, CPQ, territory management, lead routing and pipeline management.
• Analyze revenue performance and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Create enablement resources, documentation and training for GTM teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Business Operations at a high‑growth SaaS company.
• Proven experience partnering with Sales, Finance, Customer Success and executive leadership.
• Strong project management and communication skills with a track record of delivering operational initiatives.

Required skills

• Deep experience administering Salesforce.
• Designing scalable GTM processes, workflows and reporting.
• Analytical skills for building forecasts, dashboards and operational reports.
