Retail Supervisor (Part‑time)

About the role

Join Levi Strauss & Co. as a part‑time Supervisor, helping create a high‑energy store experience that engages customers and models excellent service. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, resolve consumer issues, and uphold brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create a compelling store environment by coaching associates on sales techniques and service standards.
• Resolve consumer concerns promptly, partnering with the Store Manager on escalated issues.
• Train new hires and current employees on company culture, product knowledge, loss prevention, and store policies.
• Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and foster engagement, retention, and talent development.
• Handle cash, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining standards.
• Support store business strategies to meet or exceed daily sales and performance goals.
• Supervise the team in the absence of other managers and ensure compliance with all store policies.
