Retail Store Supervisor – Full Time

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Store Supervisor to join the management team at Norfolk Premium Outlets. You will help drive sales, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence while upholding the brand’s values of originality, integrity, and customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing effective leadership and support.
• Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency, high standards, and a welcoming environment.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and uphold brand equity.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach team members.
• Compliance with Levi’s policies and ability to meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
