Retail Store Supervisor – Dolphin Mall

About the role

We are seeking a Retail Store Supervisor for our Levi’s® location at Dolphin Mall in Miami. The role combines leadership, sales performance, and operational oversight to ensure a high‑energy shopping experience and strong financial results.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed daily store sales and performance targets.
• Model sales techniques and provide coaching to retail associates.
• Ensure all team members are fully trained on product knowledge and customer service.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts, prepare bank deposits, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Open and close the store according to standard procedures.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and oversee merchandise presentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years of retail experience in lieu of a degree).
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a store management or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to supervise, coach, and train sales associates.
• Strong background in apparel retail and a customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective interpersonal and organizational abilities, especially when interacting with senior leadership.
• Impeccable communication skills across multiple channels.
• Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to quickly learn new computer applications.
