Retail Store Manager 2

About the role

AT&T is looking for a Retail Store Manager 2 in San Luis Obispo, California. You will work alongside a store manager to oversee the daily operation of a retail store, from merchandising and product launches to meeting and exceeding sales objectives, while ensuring customers receive an excellent experience with the company's products and services. The role also includes outreach and promotional activities, such as off-site events.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects of the store's daily operation
• Assist with merchandising and product launches
• Help meet and exceed sales objectives
• Perform outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to help them meet sales and service goals

Required profile

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond the store
