Retail Reset & Merchandising Associate

About the role

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is seeking experienced retail merchandisers to execute resets, remodels, fixture installations, and merchandising projects for leading retailers and consumer brands. The role is project‑based, part‑time and offers flexible scheduling across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Execute retail resets, remodels, store sets, and merchandising projects accordingli​ to planograms.
• Build fixtures, install displays, and stock merchandise to client specifications while maintaining high standards.
• Capture project photos and complete reporting using SRS’s mobile app.
• Work independently to meet project deadlines and represent SRS professionally on‑site.

Required profile

• Prior experience in retail merchandising, resets, remodels, or fixture installation.
• Ability to read and implement planograms.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lb and assembling fixtures.
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone with internet access.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
