Retail Operations Specialist

About the role

As a Retail Operations Specialist at Apple, you will ensure that products move smoothly through the store, maintaining availability for customers and supporting the overall shopping experience. You will work closely with the Operations Lead to uphold Apple’s preservation standards and deliver items to both customers and team members.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, count, return, and ship inventory in line with Retail Inventory processes.
• Fulfill product requests from runners, delivering items promptly to customers and staff.
• Stay updated on inventory process changes using communication and training resources.
• Perform demo setups and restocking to support technology and merchandising priorities.
• Assist the Operations Lead with implementation and maintenance of Apple preservation standards.
• Support additional customer‑facing activities as needed.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and public holidays as required by store business needs.
• Ability to reliably attend scheduled shifts in accordance with local labor laws.
• Physical capability to lift and carry products throughout the store and nearby areas.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to prioritize workload in a fast‑paced environment.
