Retail Marketing and Sales Coordinator

About the role

Skin Gym is seeking a Retail Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support its wholesale business across major retailers such as Target, Ulta Beauty, Walmart, CVS, Nordstrom and Amazon. The role will work at the intersection of marketing, sales, operations and creative to ensure flawless retail launches and provide retailers with the tools they need.

Key responsibilities

• Support marketing initiatives and coordinate launch calendars for multiple retail partners.
• Manage retailer assets including imagery, videos, product detail page content, educational materials and merchandising guides.
• Prepare sales collateral such as presentations, line sheets, pricing sheets and assortment guides.
• Coordinate cross‑functional product launches from concept through retail execution, tracking timelines and deliverables.
• Organise trade shows, retailer meetings, showroom merchandising and sample kits.
• Generate weekly sales and marketing reports, track promotion performance and assist with forecasting.
• Liaise with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Creative, Finance) to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of retailer requests.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in retail marketing, wholesale sales support or brand marketing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with major retail accounts.
