About the role

As a Retail Customer Service Account Specialist I, you will be the first point of contact for JPMorgan Chase clients, delivering high‑quality support for a range of financial products. You will work in a fast‑paced call‑center environment, handling inbound inquiries and providing innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls (potentially over 100 daily) and provide comprehensive support for financial products.
• Interpret customer needs, deliver insights, and offer tailored solutions.
• Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently while adhering to regulatory and departmental procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors, escalating non‑standard issues as needed.
• Maintain empathy, respect, and professionalism in every interaction.

Required profile

• Strong communication, information‑gathering, and decision‑making abilities.
• At least 1 year of experience in phone or face‑to‑face customer interaction.
• Ability to multitask, manage complex interactions, and remain composed under pressure.
• Adaptability to new situations, cultural contexts, and fast‑changing environments.
• High school diploma or GED; willingness to learn products and systems quickly.
