About the role

Join Amica as an Associate Customer Care Representative, providing telephone support to policyholders across the country. You will work in a high‑call‑volume environment, assisting customers with billing, policy changes, and insurance inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional telephone conversations with customers nationwide.
• Assist with billing transactions and policy changes over the phone.
• Build trust and maintain effective relationships with policyholders.
• Prioritize and multitask to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to obtain a state insurance license after hire.

Required skills

• Phone etiquette and customer service experience.

• Starting annual salary $45,279 – $65,663 with variable incentive and commission opportunities.
