About the role
As a Part‑Time Client Advisor at Boll & Branch, you will guide customers through the shopping journey, delivering personalized design recommendations and exceptional hospitality. You will help create memorable experiences that align with the brand’s focus on quality sleep solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers with genuine hospitality and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve individual sales goals while supporting collaborative store performance.
- Maintain visual standards, store cleanliness, and operational routines.
- Participate in in‑home design appointments and installations.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in specialty or luxury retail.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lb, and perform in‑home services.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets).
- Experience using POS systems and other retail technology.
