Restaurant General Manager

About the role

Pilot Flying J is seeking experienced Restaurant General Managers to lead high‑volume quick‑service locations. The role involves overseeing all aspects of restaurant performance, from guest service to financial results, and requires a willingness to relocate.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure excellent hospitality and guest service standards.
• Create a positive work environment for team members.
• Implement human‑resource decisions and manage staffing.
• Perform P&L analysis and control inventory.

Required profile

• Excellent team leadership and customer‑service abilities.
• Demonstrated integrity and accountability at a managerial level.

Required skills

• 2‑3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or similar service industry with financial responsibility.
• Proven proficiency in high‑volume operations with P&L accountability.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
