About the role

Chipotle is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its restaurant team as Crew Members. You will work in a fast‑casual environment, preparing fresh food by hand and delivering friendly service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Operate at various stations such as grill, cashier, food prep, salsa and expo.
• Prepare menu items by hand following Chipotle’s standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Keep the work area clean and adhere to food safety guidelines.
• Handle digital tips and follow cash handling procedures.

Required profile

• Friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping customers and teammates.
• Desire to learn cooking and food preparation.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the location.
