Country Operations Manager - Restaurants

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our premium dining restaurants. The successful candidate will manage day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficiency, high quality, and exceptional service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operational Management – develop and implement policies and procedures, monitor performance metrics, manage inventory and supplies, and maintain a safe, sanitary environment compliant with health and regulatory requirements.
• Financial Management – create annual budgets, track performance against targets, analyse financial statements, and devise strategies to increase revenue while controlling costs.
• Staff Management – recruit, train and develop high‑performing teams, implement engagement and retention programs, and ensure staff are motivated and equipped to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Guest Experience – guarantee exceptional service, monitor feedback, and develop initiatives to boost customer loyalty and repeat business.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of restaurant management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success managing high‑end, premium dining establishments with strong financial acumen.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
