About the role
Landmark Hospitality is seeking experienced Banquet Cooks to join the team at Felina Steak in Jersey City. You will prepare high‑quality dishes for events, ensuring timely service and adherence to recipes.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and produce a variety of dishes according to approved recipes and guest orders.
- Maintain kitchen stations, stock supplies, and ensure FIFO rotation of ingredients.
- Uphold food safety, sanitation, and quality standards throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver dishes simultaneously and on schedule.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced kitchen.
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency with multiple cooking methods.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
