About the role

The Respiratory Therapist provides respiratory care, oxygen services, diagnostic testing and ventilation support to in‑patients and out‑patients of all ages, from neonatal to geriatric, in the West Bank area.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform routine and advanced therapeutic procedures, including oxygen therapy, artificial ventilation, and airway management.
  • Draw, analyze and report arterial blood gases and EKGs, and deliver intermittent therapy.
  • Document clinical information, educate patients and co‑workers, and ensure compliance with physician orders and policies.

Required profile

  • Current state license as a Respiratory Therapist and certification by the National Board of Respiratory Care (RRT).
  • Basic Life Support certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support to be obtained within 90 days.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience required.

Required skills

  • Computer proficiency with Windows‑style applications and data‑entry tools.
  • Effective verbal and written communication for patient education and documentation.
