About the role

The Emergency Department seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality patient care on the West Bank unit during day shifts. This full‑time position involves applying the nursing process, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting the department’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver safe, effective patient care.
• Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies for patients and families.
• Delegate, direct, and manage nursing team resources, serving as a leader on the interdisciplinary team.
• Use data and evidence‑based knowledge to drive improvements and achieve optimal outcomes.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 90 days of hire.
