Resident Services Manager - Verona (Living at Santa Monica)

About the role

The Resident Services Manager supports residents by handling service requests, accounting and rental issues, and coordinating various resident‑related functions to meet community goals for retention and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve resident complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and meeting retention targets.
• Complete call‑backs on all service requests within 24 hours.
• Create and distribute resident communications such as newsletters, surveys, and lease‑violation letters.
• Organize resident events, welcome gifts, birthday cards, and unit visits.
• Maintain daily curb appeal, landscape, office environment, and ensure leasing office and model units are ready for tours.
• Review nightly reports from Courtesy Patrol and Valet Living, following up on incidents and lease violations.
• Monitor front‑desk phone and email, returning messages as needed.
• Prepare community access keys/fobs for move‑ins and coordinate vendors during emergency maintenance.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Resident Services Manager or in a similar customer‑service role.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and able to oversee maintenance personnel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop resident‑focused initiatives.

Required skills

• Experience with service‑request handling and basic maintenance knowledge.
