Leasing Professional – The Airedile

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for The Airedale community in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through full-cycle leasing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups and move‑ins.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Maintain show unit quality, inspect marketing corridors, and prepare the leasing office for daily activities.
• Support lease renewal program by preparing renewal packages and contacting residents ahead of move‑out dates.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel to assist other properties.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite or Yardi property management software.
• Experience using internet marketing tools such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email platforms.
