About the role
Join Austin Retina Associates to enhance retinal research by providing exceptional patient experiences. You will greet, check‑in, and support research subjects throughout their visits, ensuring smooth study operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and check‑in research subjects, notify the study team of arrivals.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate transportation, and manage check‑out processes.
- Enter routine subject data and handle administrative tasks for supervisors.
- Assist with daily clinical study workflow, ensuring physicians and staff are available as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with clinical and research teams to support seamless operations.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a medical office front‑desk or administration.
- Strong interpersonal skills, courteous, diligent, and team‑oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Teams.
