Research Nurse – Clinical Trials (Long Beach)

About the role

The Research Nurse will join a multidisciplinary team at the Healthy Brain Clinic to support investigational drug studies, primarily IV infusion trials in older adults focusing on Alzheimer’s disease prevention and treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer study drugs according to protocol, especially IV infusions.
• Monitor participant safety post‑dose, including vitals, EKGs, and adverse events.
• Perform blood draws and other required clinical procedures.
• Generate accurate, contemporaneous study data compliant with GCP.
• Execute study procedures in strict accordance with protocols and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Valid California RN license.
• Proven skill in IV insertion, maintenance, and removal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks precisely.
• Professional spoken and written English.
