Research Assistant

About the role

This individual plays a key role in assisting with the conduct of clinical trial activities in line with all applicable regulations. The role requires logical thinking, the ability to prioritize, quick adaptation to changing conditions, and strong interpersonal and team-building skills.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with study team members, investigators and office staff
• Assist with screening, recruiting and enrollment of research subjects
• Schedule patients and research participants, collect their history and enter data
• Coordinate follow-up care and laboratory procedures, and schedule subject visits and procedures
• Adhere to an IRB-approved protocol and support the safety of research subjects
• Assist in the informed consent process
• Comply with company and sponsor policies, SOPs and guidelines

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree preferred

What we offer

• Base pay range of $35,800 to $89,400 per year, depending on qualifications, location and schedule
