About the role

The Repair & Maintenance Technician with Electrical License ensures the overall upkeep of guestrooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel, delivering a well‑maintained and attractive environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry systems.
• Respond to guest and staff service requests promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain safety standards and compliance with Puerto Rico electrical licensing requirements.

Required profile

• High school, vocational or technical school graduate.
• 5‑6 years of progressive maintenance experience in a hotel or related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Valid Puerto Rico Electrical License.
