About the role

The VIP Host/Hostess at the Chico Lounge ensures every guest receives a personalized, warm welcome, enjoys flawless seating, and departs feeling appreciated.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a unique, personalized welcome to each guest.
• Manage a flawless seating sequence throughout service.
• Deliver a fond farewell that leaves guests delighted.
• Maintain high‑standard service consistent with a 5‑star hotel.

Required profile

• Experience in VIP lounges or high‑end private clubs.
• Ability to create an environment that ensures consistent guest satisfaction.
• Social‑media following and experience posting appropriately.
• Strong sales and brand promotion abilities.
• Work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing customer volumes.
• Availability for weekends, holidays and special events.
• Physical ability to carry up to 30 lb and stand for entire shifts.
