Renewals Lead – Service Business Renewal

About the role

The Renewals Lead is responsible for driving the renewal of a portfolio of services within an assigned sales territory. You will manage, grow, and ensure timely execution of renewals, aligning with the overall Renewals team strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate adoption of renewals strategies and lead renewal program adoption in the assigned area.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with field sales and directly engage clients to lead the renewals process.
• Collaborate with Sales to align priorities, achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, and execute quarterly campaigns.
• Maintain accurate sales funnel and customer databases, and master internal sales processes, systems, and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1‑3 years of inside sales, renewals, or account management experience.
• Strong communication skills with high‑level decision makers and field sales members.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented team player with ability to develop territory/business plans.
• Ability to work independently, quickly learn account management fundamentals and technology tools.
