Remote Telephonic RN Nurse – Home Enteral Care

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide telephonic clinical support for patients receiving home enteral therapy. In this fully remote position, you will act as a key resource for patients, caregivers, and internal teams, ensuring successful treatment outcomes through education and timely assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new patients within 24‑48 hours of discharge to complete nursing assessments.
• Provide clinical guidance and education on enteral therapy to patients and caregivers.
• Troubleshoot concerns, support treatment adherence, and respond to clinical inquiries.
• Escalate complex issues to the Clinical Director as needed.
• Serve as a clinical resource for patient care, sales, and operations teams.
• Participate in patient education and nutrition‑related projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation in company systems.

Required profile

• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• Experience supporting enteral nutrition patients.
• Compassionate, patient‑focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional, dependable, and committed to confidentiality.
