Join H&R Block as a Remote Tax Professional and provide expert tax assistance to a diverse client base. You will work from home, conducting virtual tax interviews and delivering high‑quality tax returns while receiving advanced training and support from an experienced team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients using video, phone, chat, or email.
• Prepare and file individual tax returns, including complex situations when applicable.
• Generate business growth by offering additional products and services and fostering client retention.
• Collaborate regularly with team leaders and peers to ensure remote work aligns with company goals.

Required profile

• Experience completing individual tax returns.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build confidence with clients during virtual interactions.
• Commitment to teamwork and regular coordination with colleagues.

Required skills

• Proficiency with virtual tax interview tools (video conferencing, phone, chat, email).
• Knowledge of tax preparation software and filing processes.
