Remote Sales Development Manager - Digital Marketing

About the role

COLAB is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to work remotely and sell digital marketing services to businesses in the US market. The ideal candidate has proven experience with cold calling US businesses, prospecting, handling objections and closing new business.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume cold calls to US-based businesses to generate new sales opportunities
• Prospect and identify businesses that could benefit from digital marketing services
• Present website solutions and communicate their value clearly to potential clients
• Qualify leads, handle objections, follow up with prospects and close deals
• Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, follow-ups and sales activity
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs consistently
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition after closing a deal

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in digital marketing
• Experience cold calling US businesses
• Strong understanding of outbound sales and prospecting
• Proven ability to handle objections and close deals
• Excellent English communication skills, confident speaking to US clients
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
