Remote Patient Care Advocate (Customer Service)

About the role

Join a dedicated team focused on improving access to affordable prescription medications. As a Patient Care Advocate you will help patients navigate our Prescription Payment Plan, ensuring they receive needed treatments at reduced costs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients with enrollment, verify eligibility, and collect necessary personal and insurance information.
• Confirm medication coverage, manage approval processes, and apply program benefits to reduce out‑of‑pocket costs.
• Coordinate with pharmacies to ensure correct benefit application during prescription filling.
• Support patients with refills, monitor adherence, and guide them through annual program renewals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or customer service (prescription assistance experience a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate complex processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.

Required skills

• Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
