Patient Care Advocate – Remote Customer Service

About the role

Join a dedicated team that improves access to affordable prescription medications. As a Patient Care Advocate you will guide patients through enrollment, eligibility verification, cost‑sharing, and prescription fulfillment for our Prescription Payment Plan.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients with enrollment and verify personal and insurance information.
• Confirm medication coverage, manage approval processes, and apply program benefits to reduce out‑of‑pocket costs.
• Coordinate with pharmacies to ensure correct benefit application during prescription filling.
• Support patients with refills, monitor adherence, and manage annual program renewals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or customer service (prescription assistance a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate complex processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Genuine passion for helping others access healthcare.
