About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Lead Generation Agent to join our sales team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify prospects, and hand them over to our sales executives or customer service agents.

Key responsibilities

Dial leads from assigned campaigns and follow up with potential clients.
Transfer qualified calls to Sales Executives, Telemarketing Agents, or Customer Service.
Create interest and excitement about HGV ownership and resort packages.
Maintain a positive attitude, thank guests for their time, and fulfill reasonable management requests.

Required profile

Strong work ethic and focus on achieving results.
Friendly demeanor with the ability to greet every customer with a smile.
Ability to follow supervisor approvals for callbacks and package follow‑ups.
