About the role

This is a fully remote, commission‑only position focused on selling life insurance to prospects who have already expressed interest. You will work with warm leads that come through form submissions, inbound calls, or quote requests.

Key responsibilities

Log into the lead queue and conduct calls or Zoom sessions with interested prospects.
Guide prospects through coverage options across more than 60 carrier partnerships.
Close sales on the same day when possible or arrange follow‑up conversations.
Track daily activity and meet production goals consistently.
Participate in ongoing mentorship and coaching to improve closing rates.

Required profile

U.S. resident willing to pass a background check.
Coachable, consistent, and able to follow a proven sales system.
Licensed for Life & Health insurance or willing to obtain the license (company assistance provided).
Comfortable working remotely and managing a self‑directed schedule.
