Remote Career Consultant & Resume Writer

About the role

Join a fast‑growing career coaching and resume writing service as a remote Career Consultant. You will work directly with clients to craft professional resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles and other career documents that help them achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone or Zoom consultations to gather client information and career objectives.
• Write, edit, and format resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, professional bios and thank‑you letters.
• Provide resume critiques and actionable feedback.
• Maintain a daily writing schedule to meet structured turnaround deadlines.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email throughout the process.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work a few hours each weekday.
• Residency in the continental United States (excluding NY, CA, NJ, PA, MA, WA, HI, AK).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, including rapid formatting.
