Remote Bilingual Therapist for Older Adults (Spanish) – Telehealth

About the role

Sailor Health is seeking licensed therapists to provide virtual, evidence‑based psychotherapy to older adults across the United States. The position is fully remote, allowing you to set your own schedule while working with Spanish‑speaking patients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans and manage documentation using the company’s EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

Required profile

• Active independent clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) licensed in Florida.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.
