Remote Bilingual Therapist for Older Adults (Haitian Creole)

About the role

Sailor Health is seeking licensed therapists who can provide virtual psychotherapy to older adults across the United States. The position is fully remote, allowing clinicians to work from home while delivering evidence‑based care in both English and Haitian Creole.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based psychotherapy to older adult patients via telehealth.
• Design personalized treatment plans that address grief, loss, isolation, and life transitions.
• Document sessions efficiently using Sailor Health’s EMR and AI‑assisted documentation tools.
• Participate in regular, paid case consultations with clinical leads.

Required profile

• Active independent clinical license in Florida (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
• Fluent in English and Haitian Creole, able to conduct full therapy sessions in Creole.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience or strong interest in working with geriatric populations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms.
• Comfort using electronic health record systems.
